Magnesium Relax

What is Magnesium Relax?

Magnesium Relax is the ultimate product for not only helping you relax but also have an effect on your ability to drop body fat. Magnesium relax is a combination of magnesium, chromium picolinate & alpha lipoic acid.

What are the benefits of Magnesium Relax

There is a strong relationship between magnesium and insulin action.

Magnesium needs to be transported from our blood into our cells where it is most needed. When Dr. Jerry Nadler of the Gonda Diabetes Center at the City of Hope Medical Centre in Duarte, California, and his colleagues placed 16 healthy people on magnesium-deficient diets, their insulin became less effective at getting sugar from their blood into their cells, where it’s burned or stored as fuel.

There is a strong relationship between magnesium and insulin action. Magnesium is important for the effectiveness of insulin. A reduction of magnesium in the cells strengthens insulin resistance.

But most importantly, magnesium is also necessary for the action of insulin and the manufacture of insulin. When you raise your insulin, you lose magnesium, and the cells become even more insulin resistant. Blood vessels constrict and glucose and insulin can’t get to the tissues, which makes them more insulin resistant, so the insulin levels go up and you lose more magnesium. Magnesium is also vital for converting glycogen into glucose for use as the body’s fuel.

Insulin secretion requires magnesium: magnesium deficiency results in impaired insulin secretion while magnesium replacement restores insulin secretion. Furthermore, experimental magnesium deficiency reduces the tissues sensitivity to insulin.

Subclinical magnesium deficiency is common in diabetes

It results from both insufficient magnesium intakes and increases magnesium losses, particularly in the urine. In type 2 diabetes, magnesium deficiency seems to be associated with insulin resistance.

In several studies, daily oral magnesium supplementation substantially improved insulin sensitivity by 10% and reduced blood sugar by 37%. The Women’s Health Study including nearly 12,000 participants showed that people who fail to take the recommended adequate intake of magnesium of 320-420 mg/day are more prone to have both metabolic syndromes and increased C - Reactive Protein (CRP).

Chromium has long been known to play a central role in healthy glucose metabolism at the cellular level.

It sensitizes cells to insulin and increases the number of insulin receptors in cells.

Chromium works by interacting with cell-signaling receptors that enhance the body’s response to insulin. In the presence of chromium cells require less insulin to become activated, resulting in greater overall insulin sensitivity and enhanced glucose control. Chromium also aids in the transfer of glucose from the blood into cells by activating insulin-sensitive glucose transport molecules. Its central role in regulating glucose is underscored by the hallmark signs of chromium deficiency which manifest as elevated fasting glucose and insulin blood levels.

The more efficient your insulin metabolism, the more amino acids get inside the cells and the more muscle you can make. Chromium appears to make insulin function more efficient by enhancing the uptake of glucose from the blood into the cell. Chromium increases the number of insulin receptors on the cell membrane and enhances insulin binding to cells.

Lipoic Acid also significantly increases insulin sensitivity

It also enhances glucose transport, increases metabolic rate and reduces the gain in body fat from aging. This is why I combined magnesium, chromium and R-lipoic acid in my Magnesium Relax so that I get a product that enhances insulin sensitivity.

Is this product for me?

Magnesium Relax is great for anyone who is looking to bust through stress or looking to improve sleep and relaxation.

Amino Relax

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT?

Deadlines. Lack of sleep. Relationship issues. Stress has become an unwelcome addition to our daily discourse.

While it is tempting to declare one stressor more significant than another, our bodies perceive all stress equally no matter the cause. Cortisol levels rise, neurotransmitter levels become erratic, key nutrients are depleted, and hormone levels become difficult to predict.

Getting this complex nutritional formula can provide aid for your nervous system health. This is a special formulation of vitamins, amino acids and Zinc to support the nervous system and mind. Includes Taurine, Theanine and B vitamins.

WHY HAVE AMINO RELAX?

Our Amino Relax is a blend of 5-HTP, L-Theanine, Taurine, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3 and Glycine. These ingredients were chosen by Phil from his extensive research and knowledge about how they have vital roles within our body, such as helping to support the production of the brain’s important neurotransmitters and aiding the normal function of your nervous system, which affects how we feel and how well we sleep.

BEHIND THE KEY INGREDIENTS

5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) cannot technically be found through a dietary source

It is a chemical that the body makes from tryptophan (an essential amino acid that you get from food). After tryptophan is converted into 5-HTP it then gets turned into serotonin, this is one of the principal neurotransmitters in the brain, which are chemical messengers that send signals between neurons and other cells in the body.

L-Theanine is a non-dietary amino acid

It naturally occurs in the plant that provides us with green tea, Camellia sinensis. Although this is not one of the essential amino acids or even one of the common nonessential amino acids, it can be considered beneficial as once L-Theanine is ingested, neurotransmitters are produced in the brain.

Taurine also is known as 2-aminoethane sulphonic acid

A naturally occurring amino acid that can be found throughout the body but can also naturally found in some food sources as well, such as eggs, milk, seafood, and meat. This chemical has a higher level of concentration in certain parts of the body such as the eyes, central nervous system, and skeletal muscles.

Glycine is a dietary amino acid that serves not only as an amino acid but also as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system

.

This non-essential amino acid which can be found in protein-rich food such as meat fish and dairy, whilst being considered as the simplest amino acid in the body and being largely associated with the building of proteins.

Zinc is one of the 24 macronutrients needed for survival

It contributes to several roles in the body. You may already be aware that zinc aids the function of your immune system and macronutrient metabolism, but zinc also contributes to having a normal cognitive function, which is beneficial for those that have problems with sleep since poor quality sleep is associated with a decline in cognitive performance, making zinc a good aid for recovery.

Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin which comes from the B-complex family

Vitamin B6 is naturally present in many foods. The body needs vitamin B6 for more than 100 enzyme reactions involved in providing you with a healthy metabolism. It also helps the formation of red blood cells, which are responsible for carrying the oxygen around our body. This vitamin also brings aid to your nervous system, immune system, and your psychological functions as well.

Folic Acid is a synthetic form of folate and is part of the B-vitamin family

It is also known as vitamin B9. Folate is particularly important for maintaining a healthy nervous system and in the formation of red blood cells, which is what carries oxygen around the body. When there's a deficiency of folate it will cause a drop in the number of red blood cells that get produced, which can result in anemia.

Vitamin B12 is a prominent member of the B vitamin complex

A family of essential vitamins that play a role in many processes in the human body. Vitamin B12 has many benefits, including supporting natural energy production, reducing tiredness and fatigue, contributing to the normal function of the immune system, contributing to normal cell division, and contributing to normal red blood cell formation.

Vitamin D3 is probably best known as “The Sunshine Vitamin”

Since our body creates vitamin D from direct sunlight on our skin when we are outdoors. In the UK, sunlight doesn't contain enough UVB radiation in winter (October to early March) for our skin to be able to make vitamin D, so during these months, we got to rely on getting our vitamin D from a dietary source. Vitamin D3 is essential for us in many ways, from keeping our bones & teeth healthy to aid our immune system and inflammation response.

WHEN WOULD I USE IT?

For our Amino Relax to work at its best, we recommend that you take 1 (or 2, depending on the strength you require) capsules 1 hour before bed, as this will provide you with the best outcome for this product.

WHO'S THIS PRODUCT FOR?

This product is aimed for anyone, regardless of activity level, age or gender, that want to aid their mentality, their immune system, nervous system and for their health to be at an optimal level to result in a better lifestyle.
