Alkaline Salts: For best results, we recommend beginning with ½ a teaspoon 20-30 minutes before breakfast and build up to 1 teaspoon depending on bowel tolerance or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Ultimate Greens Powder: Take one scoop mixed with 700ml of water (or according to taste) between meals or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
